Who we are
Bourvic Studio LLC ("Bourvic Studio," "we") is a design and development studio based in Overland Park, Kansas. This policy covers bourvicstudio.com and the tools we run on our own social media accounts, including our Instagram account @bourvicstudio.
Information we collect
- Contact form and chat: the name, email, phone number, business details and messages you choose to send us.
- Basic site analytics: which pages are viewed. We do not store your IP address or build advertising profiles from these counts.
- Instagram comments and messages: when you comment on one of our Instagram posts with a keyword (for example to request a guide), our system receives that comment's ID, your Instagram username and ID, the post it was on and the comment text, so it can send you the private message you asked for.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services or resources you requested.
- To send one automated direct message in response to a keyword comment, and to make sure you are never messaged twice for the same comment.
- To run, secure and improve our website and services.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use Instagram or Facebook data for anything other than responding to you. We do not message people who have not commented or messaged us first.
Text messages (SMS)
Bourvic Studio sends text messages only to people who have opted in by giving us their mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting our number first. Messages are account and project notifications, such as status updates, reminders and replies to your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also email contact@bourvicstudio.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) in the United States. Instagram comment records are kept for up to 12 months so we can prevent duplicate messages, then deleted. Client project records are kept as long as needed for the work and our legal and tax obligations.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time, including any data we received from Instagram or Facebook. Email contact@bourvicstudio.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your Instagram username or email, and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also remove our access at any time in Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
