Who we are

These terms cover bourvicstudio.com and services from Bourvic Studio LLC, a design and development studio in Overland Park, Kansas. Project work is also governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us.

Bourvic Studio SMS notifications

Program: Bourvic Studio account and project notifications. Opted-in team members receive project status updates, reminders, approval requests and replies to requests they text to our assistant number, (913) 294-1350.

How you join: by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting our number first or texting START.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and opt-out: text HELP for help, or email contact@bourvicstudio.com. Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Text START to rejoin.

Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We never share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Website use

Site content is provided for information. Our designs, code and brand assets remain ours unless a signed agreement transfers them to you.
